1. Scope
Automation On Demand (AOD) operates this website and processes information that people choose to provide through its forms and interactive tools. This policy explains what data we may receive, how we use it and what controls we offer.
2. Information we may receive
When you use the contact form, we may receive your name, company, business email, country or region, and the description of the process or need you share with us. If you arrive from the Opportunity Scanner, the result of that assessment may also be attached, including responses and conclusions generated by the tool.
When AOD AI is connected to the artificial-intelligence service in production, the questions you enter, recent conversation context and, when applicable, the Opportunity Scanner result may be sent to the service configured by AOD to generate a response.
3. How we use the information
- Respond to contact requests and follow up on conversations initiated by the visitor.
- Analyze automation or operational-transformation opportunities at the user’s request.
- Operate and protect the site, detect abuse and resolve technical incidents.
- Improve the quality of site content, tools and experience using aggregated or non-identifiable information where possible.
We do not use information submitted through the form to sell databases or disclose it to third parties for our own advertising purposes.
4. Providers and transfers
To operate the site, AOD may use providers for infrastructure, email, commercial management, security or artificial intelligence. Only the information necessary to provide the relevant function will be shared with them, according to the actual production configuration. AOD does not publish the internal architecture or credentials of those services on this website.
5. Retention and security
We will retain data for the time reasonably necessary to address the request, maintain applicable commercial history, comply with legal obligations or protect our systems. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, although no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have submitted, where applicable under relevant regulations and AOD’s retention obligations. You may also ask us to stop using your data for future commercial conversations.
